@Elyments She's called Jodie Berry. She's been a backing singer for other bands as well.

They could have picked it in advanced and learned the words.
The backup singers seem to know the words better then the lead singer.

I would love to hear this song played with more 'classical' instruments like in the video but sung as the original was song rather than an individuals take on it
