While I generally agree with this posting, I do think that Miss America should be inclusive of all Americans, but that's why she lost. Drag queens are known for speaking their minds, without them there would be no gay community. Give Perez a break, he's young and angry like most of us who have had their rights ignored for so many years. There are some that say drag & leather should be removed from parades (at times outrageous & loud can make a difference)

I guess the one thing most young Gay and Lesbians don realize, and those that want to remove drag from the parades...IT WAS THE DRAG QUEENS who started the Gay pride we celebrate today. THE STONE WALL RIOTS...so sad..the discrimination..People should look up the history and read what it is all about..ITS not about the bars and partying..Its about a group of drag queens who decided ENOUGH was ENOUGH...Loud and outrageous...They began the fight for the rights we takes for granted today..

This is an example of the misguided message of the video. It is being used by people to justify homophobia. It will be favorited by anti-gay rights people. Both M Cal AND Perez have their right to speak, and neither has been or should be taken away. PEREZ also has a right to his own view! This video sucks, and it's no better than anything Perez ever said!!

This video seems to have evoked the wrong response--mostly being used by haters now to shower criticism on homosexuality, when in fact the video itself is not doing that. Perez also has his right to call whomever he wants a bitch. (imho, the shoe definitely fits, and her right to speak was never denied her) The people who LIKE this video are abusing it as a justification for their own homophobia. This video defeats its intended purpose. FAIL
