So, the second way to fix this. If this does work but you restart and it happends again, try putting the explorer.exe file in the startup folder or add it to the boot configerasion. If none of these work, try going to a computer repair shop.

  • @faranMC I had that problem this is what u should do instead of typing it click browse and then go to my computer and then local disk and find the folder windows and scroll down and ull see ur explorer.exe click it and ur problem is solved(:thunbs up so people can see(:

  • same here i cant get into it the message box says unable to locate and cannot find path specified..please help!..please!!!
