In this week's web design video blog, Nick and James analyse Steve Jobs' eagerness to push HTML5 and his reluctance to supporting Flash on their latest range of must-have devices. You can read the supporting blog post at http://www.crearedesign.co.uk/blog/videos/apple-html5.html
I hope Apple decides it's in their best interests to be able to handle all the motion graphics technology out there, including Flash. I think they are just hurting themselves. I think the best thing iPad and iPhone users can do is complain about why Flash does not show up on their sites. We should be designing for all the technology out there, and not just for one or two platforms.

Most Excellent! I would hope Apple would integrate it's apps to accommodate all the various apps being used! Better to be integrated into the whole cake, than to be just the frosting!

just a quick thanks to you guys! i am relatively new to web design and find it a daunting task to navigate through the language and applications of web technology. on several occasions your videos have helped demystify and simplify into plain terms many subjects that i would have otherwise struggled with. keep up the great work! cheers :)
