Bought this stuff yesterday and it is well worth the $10 at Walmart. If you have a cold, flu, sinus troubles, or if you like to party with "Scarface", you will find much relief using NeilMed. It is very easy to do in the morning and when you go to bed. If you are always clogged up, runny nose, having trouble sleeping because you can't breathe, you will love NeilMed sinus rinse. Get it and you won't be sorry.

This is essentially the same as the NasoPure, which is also excellent. This is NOT rocket science people, (I am a rocket scientist)...You do NOT need to buy those little packets and be a sucker for life...(dope dealer's mentality - what we want to get AWAY from)...It is TWO to ONE SALT to Baking Soda,,,and Salt DOES have a Preservative quality,,,that's why they Salted Beef, etc. pickles,,it PRESERVES THEM...it is well known that salt has an anti viral, bacterial, fungal, effect...
