its cuz ur cell phone and the control towers work on the same frequency, sometimes if you use ur cell phone, the pilot will not hear the flight control towersm and therefore you might crash if the pilot didint hear an imporatant part

The audio is recorded using my MP3 player. The video is recorded using my mobile phone. The timings of the recordings are separate but I've dubbed the audio onto the video!

This A310. However, the instructions in the
background are given before landing not at the time of landing. So I'm not sure if it is a real deal.

well spotted, I made the video using my mobile phone before landing. Then, I put my phone in my bag and recorded the announcement with my MP3 player. So the video clip is dubbed with the audio hence the timing is not right.

Why do they say not to use mobiles on planes?
if you have it on flight mode.
and everything like bluetooth off,
it should be fine right?

yeah that should be fine.....it doesn't make much difference to be honest....I can't imagine the plane coming down over someone using their phone....and who is gonna have reception anyway....so no chance of signal inteference either
