Everytime I see a movie of these R32 swaps into MK1 MK2 and MK3 Golfs I am amazed how it just fits so well in the engine compartment :)

Yes mate, took the video soon after the engine was fitted. I understand it's been to other tuners since.

what is the spec of the exhaust? also which garage did the conversion?

Unsure about the exhaust system , the conversion was mainly carried out by Grant Motorsport. I personally carried out the work on the wiring loom. (it's running on aftermarket DTA S80 ecu)
