uTorrent Data error (cyclic redundancy check) fix / repair

Here is the video of how you can fix the problem with uTorrent error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

IMPORTANT: TO ESCAPE MY MISTAKE OF WASTING TIME, IF YOU HAVE A WEAK PROCESSOR, AND A LOT OF FILES ON THE COMPUTER, IT MIGHT TAKE MORE THAN AN HOUR TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I WOULD FREE UP THE COMPUTER SO IT WOULDN'T SCAN EVERY FILE TO WASTE TIME.

Update: Here is the command:
chkdsk %SystemDrive% /r

just copy and paste it in.

In my external it has 120 gbts taken...... how much time will the scan take?

@poiuytrewqpoiiiiiiuy well, this video is pretty outdated. Your hard drive is probably newer, and external. You can check it out, I am not too sure how long it will take. I never tried it on a 120gb.

@poiuytrewqpoiiiiiiuy oh man. I really need to fix my description with external hard drives. Go over these steps slowly, not to confuse yourself.

1) Open "Computer", or "My Computer" (Whatever ti is called).

2) Find the corresponding hard drive. Remember the drive letter (the letter in the parenthesis after the hard drive name (e.g. "Barracuda (D:)" = D:)

3) Type in chkdsk, hard drive letter, and /r (e.g. chkdsk D: /r)

I got this error on my external. How do I fix. I tried the CHKDSK thing and It would work cause my format is RAW.
