I bought a pescador 10 for the wife Friday. Maiden voyage was today. She loved it. She tried my Stealth 14 and my daughters Stealth 9. She said the 9 paddled easyer but she liked everything about the pescador better. I'm glad now I didn't spring for the Malibu Stealth 12. The pescador 10 was very stable paddled strait and effortlessly. We bought it on sale at accadamy for $ 299.00. A steal I thought.

I bought one of these from Sun/Ski that came with a rod holder and cleat on the back and a Scotty holder on the front. Very impressed after a season of fishing on Oklahoma lakes. They seem to be fine kayaks.

I'm getting one today. Any tips?

I have the same kayak, i installed 1 flush rod holder in the back, a scotty rod holder up front and a hummingbird fishfinder thru the cup holder. This yak is awesome for the price. And about the scuppers, go to kmart and buy a bag of foam practice golf balls they fit perfect and if you get water in from wet shoes or whatnot just pull the balls out to drain, you get like 9 balls for a few bucks, you only need 6...

Nothing fancy? For the price these boats are damn fine. Can't find a better deal in my opinion.

I'm thinking about getting that yak, do you have a problem with water getting in the scuppers? Also can you do a bid of you paddling it? That would be great!
I finally got it out in the bay at the Texas coast. Worked great. My buddy had one with a rudder, the rudder was pretty nice. The front scuppers did let some water in but it was not a problem. The seat is very comfortable.
