http://TrainingLikeanAthlete.com - Fast, effective, fat burning Exercise of The Week. Great total body movement using just a medicine ball(a kettlebell, dumbbell or sand bag work just as well)! Go heavy and 3-5 reps for your strength circuit or go light for time in your exhaustion/conditioning circuit.
