  • what was your overall experience there, were the people nice, did u have any problems, how about safety?????

  • I had a good time here and people were very nice, but it can be dangerous at night time and if you plan on going there I suggest you research safety issues.

  • please tell me their are better hotels then this one or are they all pretty much the same? Im planning on going to Guyana in December 2010 im looking for hotels

  • Yeah, there are a couple that are better. I think the top one is called "Hotel Pegasus" or sometihng like that. Can't exactly remember.

  • hey what exactlly is there to do in guyana? i know guyana has some special waterfall or something but thats it. am i right?

  • I'm sure there is a decent amount of stuff to do there in regards to hiking around an untouched rainforest.

Other than that, I am not sure but your best bet is to do research on the internet.

  • The Hotel Ariantze looks awful. It needs updating.

  • Why do all white ppl pronounce it GEE-YAWN-NAH? The Guy who hosted the National Geographic Show there recently...Same thing.

How is it possible that u actually spent time there...& never heard the locals pronounce it?

Or u did hear the Guyanese but thought your version was more correct than the actual ppl who live there? lol

  • thank you so much, want to visit Guyana so bad, my ex that's all he talk about is home, and the waterfall, the food and his women hehehe

  • thanks for posting.

    one thing though... "guy-ann-uh" :D

  • cool.

    thanks, like seeing that.
