  • @GOSYDELIX yes u can, when u changing the desktop, when selecting the picture, where it says "Background image" toward the bottom of the window, click on the down arrow and select Html file :D

  • Oke here it is, If you have Vista this doesn't work...

    he's using XP (different settings)... With vista you can't select a HTML-file as a background :( I don't know if it works with windows 7...

  • You can't choose a .html file as a background file .. that's why it doesn't work and i really don't have any clue how the guy on video did it.
