If someone takes 2 fingers and plunges them to the bottom of your drink, touches the bottom, and flicks you in the face with the liquid. Then you must chug your drink. If the person fails in the attempt to finger your drink, you hand them your drink, they have to chug it, and buy you a fresh one. If your hand is around the drink, it is fair game. If the drink is sitting on a table, it is not fair game.
