It's running Windows Vista. Windows XP and especially Vista are extremely power inefficient Operating Systems, they require powerful CPUs to be usable, which in short leads to lots of heat having to be dispersed from the device. I rather have robust cooling like that than a device that get overheated and shut down or breaks.

That is the processor of that device... even me I notice that sound even you dont specify the timeline of this vid... It is says that, that device is COMPACT as a pocket book but I think it is bothersome to hold that kind of device >_>
But. I like how they manage to create a pc-like portable with a touch screen, about the mouse-like it is like just a sensor of wireless mouse (the red light) even the clicks.
