if you read the damn box, it says 30 minutes is an estimate. i just say if you want your pizza in 30 or less minutes, if you are really that fucking hungry and impatient get off your lazy ass and come get it yourself.

It says ON THE BOX that you got 30min. When you place an order on the phone, the last thing they say is "Thanks. You got 30 minutes". So clearly, regardless of it being an "estimate", it's something they WANT everyone to expect --- 30min delivery --- yet not something they're promising. It's ridiculous.

I know you're pissed of, but if Dominos says to their drivers that the pizza should be deliverd in 30 minutes or less, the delivery experts won't drive safely and responsible. Sometimes the driver makes an accident, beacause "that promise". Or even worse, a driver can die because he hasn't driven safely and responsible. So we from domino's tell our drivers to be as fast as possible, but they absolutly shouldn't ignore the rules on the road. And that's 1 of the reasons we're sometimes late.

listen i'm all for the safety of the drivers... but then Domino's shouldn't say "30 Minutes or Less" b/c it indicates that there's some sort of compensation if it takes longer. Sounds like the company wants to make it sound like they'll get your pizza to your in half an hour w/o actually trying.

YES I dont blame you they used to say" get it in 30 mins or it free" I think what happened is that they got burnt too many times and they stopped it. but your Right that is false advertising!! OTHER resturants here tried that stunt too but it failed miserably.

you are the last person that is articulate. claiming you are articulate, you would have understood that it is an estimate. most of the deliveries are made within 30 minutes. you're bitching about this is the reason why two dominos employees were just arrested for contaminating your food. all your bitching and complaining and then claiming you looooooove dominos. i personally wouldn't do it, but i see why. i sense a lil' fart on the 'ol pepperoni!!!
