Contact Improvisation は、もともとは1970年代のスティーヴ・パクストン（en:Steve Paxton）のen:movement studiesから生まれたもので、 Judson Dance Theater によって続けられた探求によって開発された。重量、パートナー、演技を分かち合う、ことに基づくもので、予期しない成果を生む。

you got CI jams off the ground?...when was this, and how did they stop before we started them up again a couple years ago...? just wondering who you are. and where you are?...come back and play (Sundays 6:30-8:30pm every week!)

This is so awesome! I'm glad the jams are still going!!!! It took me many years of trying to get something off the ground so I'm very happy that jams still exist after I graduated. Keep on dancing everybody!!
