Obama accused Clinton of wanting to mandate Americans to buy health insurance in this video during the 2008 campaign..... we have been bamboozled by the ruling class of which Obama is one of them. They've been wanting to do this since forever... Republicans and Democrats....The individual mandate was a proposal brought forth by Heritage foundation.(A conservative thinktank)...
