I got this game for Christmas, and it's the best SPORE game since the original. I really like it...
To start creating adventures, you must first play through Adventure Town with a captain of your choice. As shown in the movie, your captain (in my case, a Vexir enchephali) must meet with the mayor first. Then you will also meet up with many others. Oh, and watch out for exploding pies. No, seriously.
