@Krescentwolf True, but MOST of Radical Dreamers was put into Chrono Cross anyway, along with This ending of Trigger.

if you play cross right after you finish trigger then obviously by comparison cross is going to seem like a shit game by comparison. fact
If you do this you better link the stories together but the experience is ruined by the fact that the play styles clash so much. If you play chrono cross a while after you play chrono trigger then it turns out to be a pretty good game you may not entirely understand the story but its not bad. Given the 40 playable characters is a bit much its still not bad

@ozTheEndzo Cross is a good game the same way Legend of Chun Li is a good movie, though I suspect Legend of Chun Li was written by people who, if they played CC, would wonder why this Masato Kato fellow who everyone loves doesn't understand the first thing about ambiguity in storytelling.
