@phcoh That's to keep my tuning peg from rattling. : )

@hmrdulcimer, clip-on tuners work best for hammered dulcimers, (due to the paired or triple sets) however i find you have to move the pickup around as you tune, no point trying to tune a high C with it cliped to the bottom C. what i mean is clip it to the tuning peg or pin of each string as u go, well thats how i try and do it, correct me if im wrong.

Nice vid, but I wanna know whats the big rubber band on the top string (missing) for. Sorry im just being picky :-)

Nice reviews, Bing. Do you think the Snark would attach to the pins of a hammered dulcimer?

I use the Korg CA-30 and CA-40 a lot, and love them! The CA-40 is a bit thinner, and fits into my cramped dulcimer cases better. The Planet Waves CT-04 is my ultimate favorite tuner, due to it being super bright. Have you used pedal tuners much with your pickup-equipped dulcimers?

Did you cut your video down to 10 minutes? The cuts look really odd, I hope you know videos can now be up to 15 minutes for everyone! Cheers!
I use quick-cuts quite a bit to distill the info but, yeah - I was trying to trim it down to ten minutes. Didn't know about the fifteen minute extension - thanks for the head's up!
