RSM 240 Rim Straightening machine and lathe unit COMEC

RSM 240 is designed and manufactured to repair by straightening all kind of steel, aluminium and alloy wheels with range diameter between 10" and 24".
The system uses an easy to handle hydraulic cylinder actuated by an hydraulic unit that, conveniently positioned, pushes on the damaged part of the rim taking it back to the original shape. Such operation is made easier with the aid of a wide set of shaped punches that perfectly lean to the different rim profiles.
Furthermore the hydraulic cylinder is provided by a pressure regulation system with manometer (PRP100) which allows the adjustment of push force in accordance to the material on work.

Sebbene non specificato il motivo della centratura imperfetta, desidero evidenziare, al contrario, il perfetto sistema di centraggio adottato dal ns.macchinario che, mediante lutilizzo dellopportuno anello di centraggio calibrato, a seconda del tipo di cerchio da raddrizzare, e scelto tra una ampia serie già fornita in dotazione standard, garantisce il centraggio perfetto del cerchione sulla flangia di fissaggio della RSM240 rispetto al foro che viene utilizzato

come riferimento per la realizzazione del cerchione in fase di produzione.

Inoltre, i dadi di bloccaggio conici, anchessi forniti nella dotazione standard, fissano il cerchione nei rispettivi fori con estrema precisione.

Naturalmente, sta poi nellabilità delloperatore di raddrizzare correttamente il cerchione fino a farlo ritornare perfettamente rotondo, ma questo è facilitato dalle caratteristiche della ns. macchina.
