Carnival Cruise Ship accident live footage from inside ship never seen before

Fire in our cabin while WE WERE ASLEEP! Smoke detectors accidently DID NOT GO OFF! It was an electrical fire you can hear some loud high pitch winning noise during the video. The wall and the tv were smoking! Who knows how long we were asleep in the smoke for. The nurse was un-able to come to check us out because she was to busy to makesure we were ok after being asleep in a room full of electrical smoke that was caused by Carnivals Proerty not mine! And then a few hours later after waiting in the hallway they put 4 grown adults in a little room with 1 bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of service is this??? What is Carnivals procedure for this situation? The 2 workers that did run to our aid had no help. It seemed like no one even cared to listen to what they had to say at the bridge. Now wonder why they crash Cruise Ships these people are a joke!

I will never go on carnival, one time was to many, a family member got very hurt on there ship they were so rude about the hole thing and had no cluse what to do, the nurse took forever to come as a family member is losing a lot of blood on there pool deck!
