Mrs. Palin, however was CLEARLY memorizing and reciting pre-written talking points. During Mr. Biden's responses and even while the moderater is asking a question of her she is STUDYING her notes, dodging the question, and giving a generic talking point that was written for her. You cannot argue that. It is obvious. It is fact.
