I agree Steve and I have made every attempt to make those points about China.

The amount of commodities they are absorbing is by no means an accident. Outside of the dollars they hold as a trade surplus (tongue-in-cheek), the Yuan is only tied to the USD via the HK market. Those holding Yuans in the future will be seen as wise for sure.

Unfortunately, the sabre-rattling continues and the wars we are already involved in are no longer mentioned as an economically un-viable pursuit.

I noticed that the word of the year that I hear over and over in many things is MODIFICATION. Modifying out monetary system to our own currency instead of federal reserve seems to be the answer, but can anyone survive the attempt?
