So... some kind of delivery mechanism whereby people can watch movies for free and someone sells advertising around that... Is this a new business model? Or does this sound somewhat like... FREE TO AIR TELEVISION STATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR MORE THAN 60 YEARS?!?

While the report is accurate, they have fallen for the one piece of FUD in the Commercial Felony Streaming Act. There is NOTHING in either version of the legislation that makes VIEWING such videos illegal. Those laws only apply to those who SEND the videos.
