This is from the Norwegian finale, which he won with Fairytale - a song he has composed himself.

He is born in belarus and has been a norwegian citizen since the age of 5. He represents Norway!! What kind of stupid argument is it that he represents russians??

Heh, I feel so out of place here. I have no idea what this is, but I'm guessing it's like American Idol, kind of? Then maybe all the European countries compete? I think I get the pictures, anyway, even though I'm not from a European country, I'm gonna say this anyway (Everybody seems to be saying it)-Congrats Norway!!!
