It might just be the quality of the video. Having listened to this song many times on the album, I can say that there are some parts that I wouldn't understand had I not listened to the album track prior.

Growls are the shit!! personaly my fav vocal style!! but i mean if u dont like the vocal style there are many diff types of metal that dont use this vocal style. Death Metal(or any type of metal with the extream vocal style) is an acquired taste. and it takes time but after awhile of listing to this type of vocals you do start to understand what they are saying.
