  • i will give you my soul if you teach me how to play like that

  • @DJmaster166 lol...don't want your soul, Jesus does...lol...if you're in Illinois, lessons are $35 hr, or come to one of the camps I'll be at this summer in TN, MI, MN, or MO.

  • What kind of mandolin is that? And would you recommend it for a beginner? Thank you!

  • @90Laurels its an epiphone mm20. Its okay, but I usually recommend a Kentucky km-150 now for a beginner, because of the better volume and tone.

  • Very well done...l don't suppose you have tabliture for your version?

  • @MTPlasterdust just did the tab for cherokee shuffle, thanks for asking. its at mandohat dot com

  • @leighbenham82 hmmmm.. good question....go slow and develop good technique and tone. play relaxed. practice scales, fiddle tunes, licks, repetitive things, and do it with good technique, and do it a lot. most great players practices several hours a day for a couple years, so no getting frustrated if you can't do it in 15 minutes a day. nobody can! If you truly enjoy it, it's not even practice, its just fun! Good luck! andy

  • i love your tone!
