@BugDS Thanks...you make some really nice stuff. I have been looking into rotary broaching since I saw this video. Looks like a pretty slick way to make drive holes for things like hex keys.

@drpalladium Its a Kasto HBS from 1974. Capacity: 160 x 170 mm. This model is without machine base and needs just a little space on a table. Besides cutting to length its usefull to pre-machine any kind of "L" or "H" shapes. There is another picture of it on my "Home Shop" video.

What material did you use? Also what did you do to get the hex holes in the end of the screws?

@kazlx I uploaded an other video, making a 8mm hexagon hole: The hole part starting at 1:40 on my oval turning device video.
The toolholder with the hex bit ist about 1° out of the line of the headstock. Like this it runs in very smooth with the force about the same as needed to drill the pilot hole.
