I had a white sss stanza for 6 years and the motor stood up to the punishment i dished to the poor little thing. She was still going strong when I sold her.

es uno de los carros economicos mas duraderos de ese tiempo ahora son puro plastico pero ese tenia agarre en el suelo y tenian bonita forma

You're quite right; Datsun should be the division for economic, yet though vehicles, Nissan for middle priced ones and Infiniti for luxury.

I recall these were assembled in Australia by Nissan between 1978 and 1982 in 1.6L sedan form. While heavily criticised by the motoring press upon its release, it sold in reasonable numbers...
