LA? No, no, no that's downtown Silver Spring, Maryland, site of the hostage takeover a while back. They were going to turn those gardens from public to private. Too many hidden points of access. Montgomery County Police SWAT Team hates that!
The Discovery Channel is a major employer and brings in a ton of CA$H to Maryland, so they get whatever they want, much like that big ape!
