@4jazzie1 However, unless you are blessed you will most likely benefit more from such surgery as liposculpture or PMMA injections. Silicone implants may also help if carefully chosen for your body type but often result in more of a fake look. Aside from fat injections, fat removal from specific areas also help improving the shape of the butt (most common areas being the spot right above and between the butt cheeks and the back of the thighs right below the cheeks).

@4jazzie1 The only way to increase butt size without the help of genetics is through plastic surgery.
If you have the right genetics you will accumulate more fat in your glutes than in other parts so getting fatter with healthy foods is the way to go. Weighted exercises will help your butt stick out a little bit and steroids can improve the results. Beauty clinics have treatments to prevent excessive cellulite but this is also heavily genetic influenced.
