Do concealed carry laws in the United States make sense? Should convicted felons have guns? Where does the NRA stand? Ana Kasparian and Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks discuss.
they had no idea what they were talking about. with the grassroots bill you still would have to obey state to state rules so you still cant take your gun to nyc ny. but you can take it upstate ny. and i dont think 1% is that bad lol
@MrUberAnarchist Even using the average of the "contributed to" studies (13,000 not 45,000) - as the study you reference concedes outright, it would equate to 4.15 deaths per 100,000 in the US contributed to due to lack of insurance. So the question then becomes, are the deaths directly due to rationing a single procedure amount to nearly a third of all deaths "contributed to" by rationing in Canada? Not a chance. Try doing some actual research instead of cherry-picking.
@MrUberAnarchist Now learn to do basic math (something that anyone trying to compare 45,000 to 170 apparently lacks the basic skills to do). 3,000 of 313 million equates to 0.95 deaths per 100,000 related to "delays receiving care" which includes more than lack of insurance. 170 of 13.2 million Ontarians is 1.29 deaths per 100,000 and that's just for one specific kind of heart surgery, not all the deaths due to delay.
@MrUberAnarchist What's really tragic is your inability to even come close to getting your facts straight. The US poverty rate is 15.1% (46.2 million people) and the single study repeated by socialists because 45,000 so much higher than any other estimates thenumber to which lack of insurance MAY have contributed. Those deaths determined to be DIRECTLY caused by delays receiving care is fewer than 3,000 (CDC) of 313 million. 170 of 13.2 million Ontarians die waiting for ONE procedure.
@FletchforFreedom That's really funny considering that 60 million people in the US live below the poverty line. And looks like you're wrong about that less people die in Canada because of rationing: reuters(DOT)com/article/2009/09/17/us-usa-healthcare-deaths-idUSTRE58G6W520090917
Have fun paying overprized medicare and insurance with the possibility of still not getting any care. 45'000 are a lot more than 170 people. A lot.
im a concealed carry holder with a clean record, over 100hrs of class traing and an umpteenth number of range hours. i dont appreciate being lump in with the idiots in nc. im from ny and tge qualifiers to be a cc person is not easy at all
I think urban got picked on as a child and is now one of those liberal American hating cry babies that love government cheese and cries himself to sleep and says to himself "why me"
