Love it and I think it would look better with the balls. Number ten is nice but no larger. When I did my septum I used a punch and used a retainer or a number six which I thought looked too big so now I use a ten and I can feel it and it feels good. Also put two little rings on it they do mot show but they keep it centered. Just remember if they they say you look like a bull that is a sign of envy.

exactly!!! that's all that matters is that you love it. i'm 24 and i just got all my piercings this year and i love them. who cares if other people don't like them. just as long as your happy thats all that matters.
