Since the 70's, Peter Rowan has always stunned me in concert. I walk away feeling clean and holy. That happens with very few people I've seen in concert.

A stellar performance. I saw Rowan perform this initially in Louisvile, Ky on The Galt House belvedere during the KFC-sponsored birthday bash/festival for Bill Monroe's birthday in September, 1981...A memory etched in time. This solo version is equally unforgettable. Thanks for sharing this great video of this talented musician!

Mighty fine!!! The first time I saw Peter Rowan was at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in 1979. I almost fainted from the experience. Certainly, the surroundings and the vibes were playing an enormous part, but Rowan is an artist and troubadour of the highest order.
