An update on how I am doing with intermittent fasting and lifting heavy.

  • @dlw0066 Yes, you're right. I have lowered my bodyfat and I have lost a few inches from my waist. I'll have to mention those changes in my next video. :)

  • @sarasayshi No prob, goal is to look sexy not anorexic, hey did u include cardio in your journey or followed leangains advice by just diet and weightlifting?

  • @dlw0066 I was just following the LG eating and then lifting heavy but I have been doing cardio now the past few weeks. Maybe 3 days of cardio. Last week I was doing 4 days of P90X cardio workouts and that was too much so now I am going to be doing 2 HIIT sessions a week and 2-3 days of 45 min walks on the treadmill.

  • @MrsQTLulu I do intermittent fasting as outlined through a website called Lean Gains. It was developed by a guy named Martin Berkhan who is a personal trainer and nutritional consultant. I posted the link in my description. :)
