  • i thought lao jia is a tai chi form isn´t it ???

has baji quan and tai chi similar principles??????

  • Lao Jia means "old structure" , it can

decribe any old form for many styles...

Baji and Taiji are two different styles, athough they can have some common points ...

  • Lots of teachers add in or emphasize parts of the form that fit their body type or personality. Over time, this will cause the form to slightly evolve. Thus, each teacher will teach a slightly different version of the form unless under strict guidance not to.

  • can someone tell me why there are so many different forms all under the name baji xiao jia?

  • very nice!!
