Catching "STRIPED BASS" on the SURF with LURES and a "DOBYNS ROD" and a GoPro HD Hero Helmet Camera.

what are the fishing regulations for surf fishing?

I'm in California,,,,Here a keeper only has to be 18 inches,,,,And the reason is that striped bass are not native to California,,,,They were brought here in the 1800's in trains from the east coast and released here for sport fishing!

did you say that pole is light? I want a light pole for surf but I also dont want to spend too much money dough. How much is that pole? and where can I get one? I am looking to pay no more than $100. My friends has one super light pole and it was almost $200 just for the rod itself
