I made a big batch of the "all purpose seasoning" from the cook book. WOW, is it fantastic :) I use it on just about everything from soups to crockpot meals to steamed veges. Thanks Keith.

do you have any how to videos? Where im located everything is grown pretty local, no walmarts, sams, costco, or any other big grocery names are around, all the meats are local too and need some help on how to trim meats like fat caps and de-boning.

thanks..the camera is a flip cam mino HD $200 bucks...but we have professional lights which makes a difference...
really amazing we can get video quality like this from something smaller than a pack of cigarettes..

Now how did you know it was first on the list?! I am an ER nurse; all my coworkers were going thru your book last night. It was a big hit. We enjoy bringing new dishes in to share as on night shift there are not alot of healthy options ( the snack machine calls loudly after midnight!). Many comments of "gotta get this book". Thanks so much.

cool...we need our nurses healthy so they can be a witness to patients on how healthy eating can benefit them.
Great to hear they are enjoying the book, more importantly, if they get a copy and start cooking more I am thrilled as that is the goal!
