Mrs. Gloria Ford Demands U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder Undo the FBI's Cointel Counterpro Frame-Up of her son Kenneth Ford, Jr. Starting in 2004, the U.S. Department of Justice began an inquisition of Ken who was an NSA rising star who had rebuked the existence of WMDs in Iraq in 2003 in a report that reached the desk of Vice President Cheney. A combination of racial jealousy among co-workers in the NSA (Ken had attained a security clearance level that fewer than 100 Americans held nationally) and a vendetta from war hawks in the Bush Administration conflated into an inquisition and illegal frame-up. Without evidence, Kenneth Ford became the first person in USA history charged for spying under the Espionage Act of 1917. Mrs. Ford who is recovering from chemotherapy wants the world to know that her son is wholly innocent and that the U.S. Department of Justice is guilty of destroying a promising career because of Ken's race and conscience that prompted him to be honest in his intelligence reports. In 2012, all Americans can be made victims of fascistic law enforcement departments and security agencies. In January 2012, President Obama's enacting the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (Sections 1031 and 1032) has opened the pandora box for millions of Americans to be victims of police state abuses. True story. Mr. Ford was illegally charged with Espionage. Judge Peter Messitte remove the elements of Intent, Belief and Knowing a requirement before charging anyon with Espionage. DOJ unjustly ignored the Espionage statute and convicted an Innocent man. Mr. Ford requires someone to take his case Pro Bono in order to reverse his conviction. Eric Holder, DOJ, ignored the law.
