Thresher sharks are considered vulnerable to extinction.

Pressure from the commercial baja panga fleet than any of the recreational guys.

Well we can all learn something from all these ridiculous posts, clearly we have stopped natural selection in it's tracks. We did donate a lot of the meat to a homeless shelter because we didn't need all of it. It was a thresher shark tournament and we didn't win, we took second.
Myself such as most of the other fisherman that fish for these things, keep one a year, if we even get one at all! I've released most because that's how we conserve. These fish stocks have far more fishing press

@takesometokes About as gay as any rebuttal could get LOL!

@nanotube7 did u think of that one yourself?

@takesometokes Go feed yourself to the Thresher. It'll help bring up their population.

i caught and released a 15ft thresher off of beach haven nj
You shark people... Thresher sharks are fantastic eating you would be a idiot not to eat it. Thresher sharks are not suffering declines they have rebounded very nicely from the 80's and most fisherman only get 1 thresher a year
