  • OH. MY. GOD.

I'm never putting junk in by body again.

  • I bet Big Pharma is disturbed by Dr Oz.

  • 1. leave your computer.

    2. go outside :P

  • im a medical student. and how much i wish Dr. Oz's my lecturer. :(

  • @cageybee777 I've read that the lungs take roughly one month to heal for every year you smoked. This seems like a general number, and obviously there's a point of no return where the lungs could be permanently damaged if you smoked for long enough.

  • Dr. Oz, I have a question for you sir. I smoked for almost 20 years and quit at 34 years of age. Ever since I quit, I started running and lifting weights. I run 6 miles per day with the exception of 2 resting days. Sometimes I replace the run with an 18 mile bike ride. I feel a lot better than I used to feel. I've been free from cigarettes for almost 11 months and my question is will my lungs ever recover?

  • I am going to do all 5 things until the day I retire or turn 70. When I turn 70 I am going to do whatever feels good. I am going to buy a tanning bed and spend hours in it, I am going to start smoking again, I am going to whatever and I will stop working out. Living a longer life is overrated. I don't want to be old, crippled and senile. I don't think I could save enough for retirement to support my crippled ass past 80.

  • Live longer and healthier. Thanks Dr. Oz.

check out DoctormindbodyisIN the way I do it.

  • @Dovepaw3 If you feel like puking when you drink milk, you might have a lactose intolerance or a milk allergy. Try lactose free milk.
