The first macbook pro's were all real screamers. Apple later fixed this with the revision B of Macbook Pro.

  • mine screams like that too, but only noticeable when in a quiet room. to solve the problem i just run photo booth or any processor intense program.

  • they don't really scream too hard... look, pcs scream like they're dead. and actually, they are...

  • They Scream Wierd...

  • i got my MacBook Pro for 2400 with AppleCare + Silicon Keyboard

    2.4GHz 15'

  • you can get a macbook for less than a thousand? hahaha really where? i hope you don't mean refurbished macbooks- i bought mines new with extras. in fact, the cheapest new macbook is $1200 with tax and no extras. a macbook pro easily costs $2000+ look it up.

  • stop that nonsense since when does a macbook cost 2000? less than half it is.

  • ipoop ahuahuahahuhauhaa funny :D

  • DEVELOPERS, DEVELOPERS, DEVELOPERS, DEVELOPERS!!!

    good ole ^^

  • oh they're not? my macbook is an intel core duo with integrated graphics card 1gig ram with 100gb space for $2000 o/d. my compaq is an intel core duo 2 with with ati radeon 1400 graphics card 2gig ram and 250gb space for $900 o/d. if i had spent $2000 on a windows laptop, you bet your ass it's a lot faster than any macbook for that price.
