Not as easy as it looks? Wow, cuz it doesn't look that easy. Haha

@P0V3RTY09 This was actually based on Spacewar! A game made at MIT in 1961 for some minicomputer i think.
-
@jumblejunkie It isn't. Galaxy game ( a coin op video game) was put out for the public to play in Stanford University 2 months before Computer Space was released. Computer space was only the first released commercially. So don't get all snarky.
-
What amazes me is that Computer Space used no digital microprocessor, RAM or ROM. Just old analogue transistors and diodes.

Do they have a green two player cab too?
-
That's RADICAL!

Nice review man. I also like the look of this arcade...looks like it belongs in the old school Star Trek series. Considering this came out before PONG it actually looks better.
-
dude that is easily one of the sexiest cabs ive seen. damn, they just don't put that kinda effort into them sadly...well not that often at least
-
I've played a simulator of this game but never the real deal. Awesome review!

Interesting and very cool. Thanks for posting.
Now I see where Atari got their idea for Asteroids from.

IT wasnt the first arcade game, just the first commercial arcade game. Sorry to be so picky I just wondered if you bothered.
