I think a lot of people don't appreciate how large that four-cylinder engine is--it's 200 cubic inches (3.2 litres), bigger than the six cylinder engines in Chevy, Plymouth or DeSoto. I think that's what gives it its great sound and also its ability to loaf along with a 3.78 axle when other cars of that era had 4.5 or higher.

@TheSupervincent It isn't smoke...just vapor from it being so cold outside. Just like any car starting in the cold, it goes away after the engine warms up.
