  • So God 'allowed' evil so He could show mercy but He did not create it and is not responsible for it? If you keep a loaded gun in reach of your kids and tell them not to touch it, does that absolve you of responsibility if your kids shoot their mother? What you are saying is God created light but is not responsible for darkness (lack of light). That's like saying God did not create darkness. So God's creatures created something God can not. So why is He God if we did something He couldn't do?

  • According to John God saved us from evil, not so. God presented knowledge of good and evil and man ate both. Man cannot by morality draw near to God even if man does more good. Religion is based on getting more good. God created evil by knowledge with good to prove God higher than good or evil. God is more than good in virtue and more than morality. His law was moral but not equal to His Nature in Holy Character.God made man powerless to good & evil, to make a new creation by Spirit Nature.

  • Man cannot create within any attribute good or evil Man ate both equally. Knowledge I hold of all evil does not make me evil to all its knowledge.God created knowledge of evil, this does not make Him evil.Evil therefore cannot be the absence of righteousness.Man is powerless to all good and evil, not evil alone. God presented to man powerlessness of these attributes.Who created the knowledge of evil ?, but God. Evil knowledge is not sin.! And sin is not equal to evil alone but to good also.

  • This is a very good explaination!
