@PaintBall0wnage Yes there is. Pop punk is basically the genre for punk bands who sign to major labels and sell out. Blink 182, Green Day, Offspring, Rise Against!, Good Charlotte, the list is long. They were punk back when they were poor and unpopular but given the opportunity to sign with major labels they sell out which is completely against real punk antics. Technically the style is still punk but it's deemed pop punk because it's popular mainstream music once they sign with major labels.
