Gospel of Thomas is AWESOME. Jesus teaches self-inquiry to the point where you have Union with God ala nonduality. Im a Christian Mystic and it took me 5 years to discover this secret. It would be so much easier to conquer sin if Christians realized they are not the mind and the mind can be transcended and controlled. The mind thinks its you, but its not.

i can't imagine, either .. There were so many writings about Jesus, soooooo much He had done. I put my faith in Him for AnyThing Of HIM. When they were Martryed an destroyed and soo much were being destroyed, not all of the writings about Jesus are with us today.
