    On a less chauvinisitic note.... these models have phenomenal core-strength and as another poster mentioned, optimum power/weight ratios. Also women are naturally much more flexible than men, these routines are easier for females - and i'd likely vomit at the sight of a hairy-arse bloke doing these routines.

    One last thing - fitness and great physique = 30% workout regimen.... 70% diet

    BUT eating a strict diet is hard for 99% of the people out there. This is why low-bodyfat levels and visible abs are impressive. No one likes eating bland egg whites, turkey/chicken/tuna and tons of vegetables day in and day out. But they want an impressive physique. And you start feeling GREAT when eating clean and working out everyday. All the toxins leave your body and your hormones return to a natural state. You think more clearly and feel confident all the time. Pizza or abs?

    If you're not more than 10-20lbs overweight and have no health/joint/postural imbalances I'm sure you could do something like this. BUT, it takes 110% dedication. Your thoughts must consist of great workouts and healthy food. You have to want it from deep inside. Like how a 16-year old can't stop thinking about getting their own car/license. Doing 30min of cardio and flexibility training everyday isn't too hard. Neither is weight training 4x+ a week. You get used to it quick. BUT
