EPS foam can support 48-55 lbs. per cubic foot, which is significantly more than typical wood floatation devices. Since EPS is lightweight and easy to work with, installation and maintenance costs are low.

EPS Foam SIZE Net Buoyancy
24x48x12 = 380 lbs.
24x48x18 = 590 lbs.
36x48x12= 590 lbs.
36x48x18= 870 lbs.
36x48x25= 1,280 lbs.
48x48x18= 1,260 lbs.
